Storage of combustible materials under a stairway is not allowed <br />(exterior stairway - north). <br />2. Combustible rubbish accumulated adjacent to buildings shall be stored in <br />approved containers. <br />3. The accumulation of junk, trash, discarded furniture, mattresses, <br />household fumishings and other similaz materials on the north side <br />constitutes a nuisance and a violation of Section 8.20.020 of the 1:verett <br />Municipal Code. <br />Due to the nature and number of fire/life safety items exisdng in the buIlding <br />imniediate action is required. This action may be phas:.d. More specifically a plan of <br />acdon with a time certain schedule must be presented to this office for review and <br />approval by November 23, 1995 with the more serious infractions requireci to be <br />remedied prior to Dec:ember 15, 1994.
