The building permit was issued for 1832 Rainier. Can they <br />extend the height because they apparently changed their <br />address for this advantage? <br />2. They have a 6' fence in their back yard (2211 - 19th Street) <br />but in the front yard of 1832 Rainier. Is this legal? <br />This is a problem we should address because of so many corner lots <br />with the same problem. Just because the zoning doesn't fit the <br />needs of the address on a piece of property can the owners have <br />their address chanyed? The people in the middle of the block <br />don't have that advantage. <br />, <br />
