HOUSING CODE INSPECTION REPORT <br />FROM: MARIAN DENT, CITY ,OF EVERETT, HOUSING INSYECTOR <br />DATE: March 7, 1994 <br />SUBJ: 2716 19th Street, Everett, WA <br />The building situated on this property was inspected and listecl below are some of the <br />deficiencies noted pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code, and the Uniform Code for <br />the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. These deficiencies may be sufficient to declue <br />the building to be dangerous. <br />- Deficiencies noted pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code: <br />I. The building was severely damaged by fire on September 18, 1993. <br />2. All vital systems, plumbing, electrical, and heating; have been destroyed. <br />3. There remains only the shell of the bui:ding with no protection from the <br />elements for the exisiing framing members. <br />4. The building is open to the public and is an attractive nuisance to inquisitive <br />minors in the neighborhood. <br />- Deficiencies noted pursuant to the Uniform Code for the Abatement of <br />Dangerous Buildings: <br />The building is an attractive nuisance to inquisitive minors. <br />2. The building has set on the site for more than six months since it was destroyed <br />by fire, and it is a hazardous nuisance to the health, safety and welfare of the <br />public. <br />� <br />
