These deficiencies may be sufficient to declue the building to be dangerous. - Deficiencies noted pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code: I. The building was severely damaged by fire on September 18, 1993. 2. All vital systems, plumbing, electrical, and heating; have been destroyed. 3. There remains only the shell of the bui:ding with no protection from the elements for the exisiing framing members. 4.
