Dear Mr. Cook: It was noted by the City of Everett Public Works Building Inspection Division that the building on this property which was severely damaged by fire on Sept. 18, 19�3 remains in a state of disrepair. An in�pection of the building reveals several deficiencies which may be deemed detrimental to the health, safety, and welfare of public as deiineci in the Uniform Housing Code, and the Uniform Code for ,he Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. These condi:ions may be sufficient to declare the building to be dangerous. Some of the deficiencies noted during the inspection are listed on the enclosed inspection report. Any work performed on the building may require building permits. Information regarding permit application requirements, time frames, and code information may be obtained at 3200 Cedar Streec, second floor or by telephone (259-8810) between the hours of 8:OQ A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. Your immediate attention is necessary to remedy these condition. Please advise this office within ten (10) days of your receipt of this letter as to the action you plan to take to accomplish this.
