CORRECTIVE ACTION REQUIRED <br />The above-described building must be either (A) Repaired in accordance with all current <br />Building Code requirements and all other applicable City of Everett codes or (B) <br />Demolished. <br />III. REPAIR <br />If you elect to repair the building in accordance with current Building Code requirements <br />and all other applicable City of Everett codes, all required permits must be secured <br />therefor and the work physically commenced within thirty (30) days of the date of this <br />Violation Citation. All work must be completed within ninety (90) days of the date of <br />this Violation Citation. <br />IV. DEMOLITION <br />If you elect to demolish the building, all required petmits musf be secured therefor and <br />the work physically commenced within thirty (30) days of the date of this Violation <br />Ci?ation. Such demolition must be completed within ninety (9J) days of the date of this <br />Violation Citation. Demolition shall be accomplished in accordance with all City of <br />Everett codes and regulations and in accordance with any requirements of the Snohomish <br />Health District regazding pest eradication. <br />V. UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY <br />The present conditions at the building render it uninhabitable. The building must be <br />vacated no later than Apri17, 1999, and must remain vacated until such time as the <br />building is repaired in accordance with all current Building Code requirements and all <br />other applicable City of Everett codes or demolished. <br />VI.
