GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR WASHINGTON STATE FACILITY CONSTRUCTION Part 1 R. "Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to (Tuner, as further set forth in section &M S. "Subcontractor' means any person, other than Contractor, who agrees to furnish or furnishes any supplies, materials, equipment, or services of any kind in connection with the Work. Z. 'Substantial Completion' mum that stage in the progress of the Work where Owner has full and unrestricted use and benefit of the facilities for the purposes intended, as more fully set forth in section 6.07. 'Work" means the construction and services required by the Contract Documents, and includes, but is not limited to, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, service+, permits, and the manufacture and fabrication of components, performed, furnWwA or provided in accordance with the Contract Documents. 1.o2 ORDER OF PRECEDENCE Any conflict or inconsistency in the Contract Documents shall be resolved by giving the documents precedence in the following order. 1. The Contract Sum is reasonable compensation for the Work and the Contract Time is adequate for the performance of the Work, as represented by the Contract Documents; 2.
