GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR WASHINGTON STATE FACILITY CONSTRUCTION <br />Part 1 <br />to the nature, location, character, quality and <br />quantity of the Work, the labor, materials, <br />equipment, goods, supplies, work, services and <br />Other items to be furnished and all other <br />requirements of the Contract Documents, as well <br />as the surface and subsurface conditions and other <br />matters that may be encountered at the Pro}ect <br />site or affect performance of the Work or the cost <br />or difficulty thereof, <br />3. Contractor is financially solvent, able to pay its <br />debts as they mature, and possesses sufficient <br />working capital to complete the Work and <br />perform Contractor's obligations required by the <br />Contract Documents; and <br />4. Contractor is able to furnish the plant, tools, <br />materials, supplies, equipment and labor required <br />to complete the Work and perform the obligations <br />required by the Contract Documents and has <br />sufficient experience and competence to do so. <br />July 1, 1992 00700 - page 5 <br />
