Cingular <br />will have 3 sectors wilh 4 panel antenna at each sector for a totai of 12 antennas. Antennas will <br />match the color of lhe existing monopole. Coax cable will run through the monopole and will not <br />be visibie except al the attachment point to the antennas. Equipment cabinets will be located <br />wilhin the fenced WASHDOT compound. This will require the remaval of one existing hemlock <br />within the fenced compound. At the request of WASHDOT, Cingular i� willing to incorporate a <br />significant landscaping endeavor. WASHDOT proposes and Cingular agrees to implement the <br />same planting concept in the right-of-way and along the west property boundary as currently <br />exists along the south property boundary. This proposed planting will screen the fenced <br />equipment area. While improved cellular <br />coverage will satisfy customer wireless coverage and reduce dropped calls, it will also help <br />to compliment emergency respon�e situations, fir and rescue and medical emergencies. <br />
