The properties adjacent to the north are imp <br />a d ihas been protected through annNGPA covenantwAcross the street to th east is a la 9e stream <br />wetland wilh houses interspersed. <br />There is a Category II wetland comprising off-site to lhe west, whose 75' buffer encroaches onto the <br />west end of the sito ��y appreximalely 10 feet.
