Monitoring and maintenance of buf`ar and wetland enhancement plantings must be <br />performed consistent with the approved sensitive area study and mitigation plans. <br />Monitoring and maintenance will be the responsibility of the developer. <br />8. An assurance device must be provided to cover the cost of monitoring and maintenance <br />prior to issuance of any building permits. <br />9. An environmentally sensitive area protective covenant for each lot must be submitted to <br />the Planning Department for review and approval prior to issuance of any building <br />permits. The covenants must be recorded on the title of each lot. The covenants must <br />have a legal description for the entire lot and restricted areas, and must have an <br />approved building permit site pis� attached. <br />10.
