Roberts <br />Direcror <br />The Planning Department completed an initial review of the abov�-reference building permit <br />applications for �wo single-family residences and determined that additional infonnation is required <br />prior to permit issuance. The following additional information must be provided: <br />Environmentallv Sensitive Area Covenanis — Please providc three environmentally sensitive <br />area covenants: one for each of Lots 2, 3 and 4. 'The covenants must be on Ciry-approved <br />forms and must be submitted for review and approval, to be followed by recording at the <br />County Auditor's Office. (Condition '!9 of Reasonable Use Decision) <br />2. Final Wetland Enhancement/Plantine Plan — Pursuant to Condition #10 in the Reasonable <br />Use Decision Dceument, a iinal wedand mitigation plan must be submitted for review and <br />approval. <br />3. Assurance Device (i e Bonds) for Wetland Mitieation Work — Please provide a <br />perfortnance assurance device in the amount of 300% of the cost of material and installation. <br />This is a standazd requirement when mitigation/enhancement work has not been completed <br />prior to issuance of building permits. Also provide a maintenance assurance device to cover <br />90% of the cost uf maintenance and monitoring. The preferred format for assurance devices is <br />a Set-Aside Letter (copy attached). (Condition #8). <br />Once the above information has been provided and approved, the Planning Department will sign off on <br />its portion of the building permit review.
