FINDIMGS AND DECISION <br />OF THE HEARING EXAMINER OF THE <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />DONALD ELLIS FOR APPROVAL OF A <br />REVIEW PROCESS III <br />DECISION The proposal for relief from the provisions of EMC <br />19.7.020.8 is granted subject to the conditions as <br />set forth herein. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />#02-006 <br />Donald Eilis (Applicant) requested approval to exceed devefopmer�t s:andards of tl�e <br />Everett Municipal Code (EMC) 19.7.020.B for the following: <br />(1) a 728 square foot RV storag2 addition to an existing <br />576 square foot garage; <br />(2) a 480 square foot room attached to the existing <br />garage; and <br />(3) a room constructed over the existing garage and the <br />proposed 480 square foot room. <br />The property is at 10201 - 21st Avenue West, Everett, Washington (subject property), <br />and on-site is an existing 600 square foot detached garage. The project will result in the <br />standards limiting accessory buildings to 1,000 square feet as being exceeded (EMC <br />19.7.020.B). The Applicant seeks relief from this standard. <br />A hearing was held bafore the Hearing Examiner of the City of Everett on February 6, <br />2003.
