A five foot wide landacaped etrip between the eidewalk and the <br />parking a�:ea must be provided in accordance w;th EMC 19.40.050 and <br />the Design anc Construction Standarda Manual Section 1.3. The <br />right-of-way may be leased fram the City of Everett to meet the <br />landecaping requirement. <br />8. All of the above requirements unless otherwise apecified muet be <br />completed by August 15, 1989, or the occupancy of 2102-4 Hoyt muat be <br />returned to a single family uae. <br />9. Any future change of uae will require a new Use Permi[ application <br />and review by the Planning Department. <br />10.
