<br />adopt Resolution #1185 as follows:
<br />Whereas on the 28th day of July, 1976 the City of Everett Building
<br />Official or his duly authorized representative requested the Everett
<br />City Council to regular public meetings to order that those named in that
<br />certain NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDING(S) dated the llth day of April, 1975
<br />(Unsafe Buildings Reference No. 724-107), a duplicate original copy
<br />of which is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein as
<br />though set forth in full herein, as the owner(s) of the unsafe build-
<br />ing(s), or structure(s) or portion(s) thereof described in said notice
<br />prosecuted as a violator of the provisions of the City of Everett Build-
<br />ing Code, Chapter 16.04 Everett City Code adopting and amending the
<br />Uniform Building Code, 1973 Edition prepared by the International Con-
<br />ference of Building Officials and further requested the Everett City
<br />Council to order the City of Everett Building Official to proceed with
