Doors and windows broken. <br />2. Plumbing fixtures reinoved. <br />3. Interior wall protection, wallboard removed. <br />4. There were no heating facilities. <br />5. There is general Gilapidation and improper maintenance. <br />6. Garbage was thrown around the premises. <br />7. The building was open to the public. <br />8. There is structural work being ccnducted on the structure without the <br />required permits. <br />9. There is lack of weather protection for the interior and exterior. <br />10. The electrical wiring and service is more than 60 years old and is <br />considered substandard and hazardous. <br />11. The structure is open to the public and is a habitat for transients. <br />12. The structure is a hazardous nuisance to the general public and <br />att.ractive to inqui.sitive minors. <br />13. Work is being conducted on the structure without the required <br />building permits and plumbing permits. <br />Ueficiencies noted pursuant to the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous <br />Buildings, Sec. 302: <br />1. The structure is manifestly unsafe for the purpose for which il is <br />being used. <br />
