The electricity has been shut off. 6. There is general dilapidation and improper maintenance of the structure. 7. There is a lack of heating Facilities. 8. The structure is occupied. 9. The structure is hazardous to the health, safety and welfare of the general public. 10. Work is beinq condcted on the structure without the reauired building permits. 11. The electrical wiring and service is more than 50 years old and is considered substandard and hazardous. 12. There is a lack of weather protection for the structure. i
