McKee <br />1203 33rd Street <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />RE: 1807 22nd St., Everett, Washington <br />Lagally described as follows: <br />Lots 15 and 16, 81ock 437, Everett, as per plal recorded ir. Volume 3, <br />of the Plats, page 32, records of Snohomish County; <br />Situate in tne City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of i <br />Washington �, <br />I. On the 22nd of March, 1988, the City of Everett Building Official ' <br />signed a Notice and Order which required the rehabilitation or ' <br />demolition and removal of the building on the above-described I <br />property. The required work was to be completed within ninety (90) ' <br />days from Ciie receipt of the Notice. The Notice was received and you <br />have_ filed an appeal. <br />II. The City of Everett &uilding Official and Planning Director hereby <br />issues this Supplemental Order which gr.ants an extension oE the <br />Notice and Order, pursuant to Sec. 1402 of the Uniform Housing Code. <br />III. The extension of the Notice and Order is for a period of eighteen <br />(18) months subject to tlte following conditions: <br />1. At the end of the first three (3) months, September 22, 1988, a <br />report shall be submi.tted to the Building OfEicial and Planning <br />Director. The report shall contain inEormation from a licensed <br />contractor, a licensed electrical contractor and a licensed <br />plumbing and mechanical contractor descriUing the necessary <br />work to be conducted on rhe building in compliance with <br />Paragraph IV of this Supplemental Notice and Order; <br />2. Ever� six (6) months after the initial three i3) months, you <br />are required to submit a progress report to the Building <br />Official and Planning Director. The progre_ss report shall <br />demonstrate that reasonable progress is being made to repair <br />the building in compliance with the current Building Code; <br />3. AL1 required permits for work to be done on khe building shall ' <br />be obtained before Che work is commenced; <br />
