Since the building is uninhabitable in its present condition, <br />i[ shall remain vacant until such time as it is repaired in <br />accordance with the current Building Code or demolished; <br />5. All rehabilitation work is to be completed within the eighteen <br />(18) month extension. <br />IV. The building shall either be repaired in accordance with the current <br />Building Code, or sha11 be demolished. <br />V. Failure to comply with the requireJ conditions set forth in Paragraph <br />III of t!iis Order shall constitute a misdemeanor, and the Building <br />Official and Planning Director may cause the owners to be prosecuted <br />I,, or may institute any appropriate action to abate such building. <br />VI. Any person having any record title or legal interest i.n the building <br />may appeal from this Supplemental Notice and Order to the Review <br />Board. Such appeal must be in writing as is required in the Uniform <br />Housing Code and filed with the Building OEficial and Planning <br />Director within �30) days from the date of service of this <br />Supplemental Notice and Order.
