Complaints ranged
from tall grass to furniture, garbage and unk vehicles.
Inspections were made and the owner was contacted.
Eventually the £urniture, garbage and vehicles were removed.
In 1987 complaints were received concerning he structures
being occupied by transients and teen age gi^ls. A fi:e page
letter, containing the re,orts on each building, was sent to
the owner of the propert•+, Tom McKee, and he was given ten
days to respond with a remedy to correct all violating
conditions. Violations were noted pursuant t.o the Uniform
Housing Code and the llar.gerous Building Code.
On Seot. 28, 1987 I submitted a six page detailed report to
the file regarding my inspection of the buildings on Sept.
16th.
