In the meantime, Mr. McKee has not made any <br />substantial improvements to the buildinqs. <br />My recommendation is to is�ue a Supplemental Notice ar.d <br />Order, to be signed by Tim Tyler and you or �-aul Roberts, <br />advi�ing Mr. McKee that his failure to comniy with the <br />subsequent Supplemental Notice und Order has r•esulted in a <br />Resolution for demolition of the buildings to be submitted to <br />the Everett City Council on (a date after 30 days of the date <br />signed.
