MEMO <br />i <br />T0: Paul Roberts <br />FROM: Marian Payne /%� <br />DATE: Feb. 12, 1990 <br />� SUBJ: McKee property situated at 22nd and Rockefeller <br />The Supplemental Notice and Urders you signed for abatement. <br />on 2129 Rockefeller, 1807 and 1909 22nd St. were signed by <br />'Pim Tyler today and I dated them with today's date, <br />immediately made copies o£ them and proceeded tu post the <br />Notices on each building raspectively. <br />Copies of the Notices were submitted to the support staff for <br />the purpose of mailing them certified mail, return receipt. <br />This type of mailing is required by Code. <br />The Appeal deadline is March 14, 199Q at 5:00 P.M. and the 'I <br />date in the Notices for submitting a resolution of demolition <br />to Council is May 30, 1950. This will transpire if Mr. McKee <br />fails to comply with the Notices. j <br />
