The electricity has been shut off. <br />6. There is general dilapidation and improper maintenance of the <br />structure. <br />7. There is a lack of heating facilities. <br />8. The structure is occupied. <br />9. The structure is hazardous to the health, safety and welfare of the <br />general public. <br />10. Work is being condcted on the structure without the required building <br />permits. <br />11. The electrical wiring and service is more than 50 years old and is <br />considered substandard and hazardous. <br />12. There is a lack of weather protection for the structure. <br />Deficiencies noted pursu::rit to the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous <br />Buildings, Sec. 302: <br />1. The structue is manifestly unsafe for the purpose for whicn it is <br />being used. <br />2. The structure, in its deteriorated condition, has become an <br />attractive nuisance to children and a harbor for vagrants. <br />3. The structure is maintained in violation of Ordinance No. 1247-86 of <br />the City of Everett relating to the condition of structures. <br />4. The structure is in such a condition as to constitute a public <br />nuisance known to the common law or in equity jurisprudence. <br />u <br />
