Mr. Tom McK�'o <br />September 16, 1987 <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />1809 — 22nd Street <br />Deficiencies ntted pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code, Sec. 1001: <br />1. Windows are broken out. <br />2. Water to the structure has been shut off. <br />3. The electrical service to the structure has been shut off. <br />4. There is a lack of heating facilities. <br />5. There is a lack of weather protection on the interior and exterior of <br />the structure. <br />6. The electrical wiring and service are more than 50 years old and <br />considered inadequate, hazardous and substandard. <br />7. The structure is occupied. <br />8. The structure is a hazardous nuisance to the health, safety and <br />welfare of the general public. <br />9. There is general dilapidation and improper maintenance of the <br />structure. <br />Deficiencies noted pursuant to the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous <br />Buildings, Sec. 302: <br />1. The structure is manifestly unsafe for the purpose for which it is <br />being used. <br />2. The structure, in its deteriorated condition, has become an <br />attractive nuisance to children and a harbor for vagrants. <br />3. The structure is maintained in violation of Ordinance No. 1247-86 of <br />the City of Everett relating to the conditions of structures. <br />4. The. structure is in such a condition as tr constitute a public <br />nusiance known to the common law in equity jurisprudence. <br />
