The <br />following deficiencies render the buildings substandard pursuant to <br />Sec. 1001 of the Uniform Housing Code: <br />1. Windows are broken out. <br />2. There is wood rot within the front porch and foundation areas. <br />3. Junk vehicles are stored on the property. <br />4. The water has been shut off. <br />5. The electricity has been shut off. <br />a <br />6. There is general dilapidation and improper maintenance of the <br />structure. <br />7. There is a lack of heating facilities. <br />8. The structure is occupied. <br />9. The structure is hazardous to the health, safety and welfare of <br />the general public. <br />10. Work is being conducted on the structure without the required <br />building permits. <br />11. The electrical wiring and service is more than 50 years old and <br />is considered substandard and hazardous. <br />12. There is a lack of weather protection for the structure. <br />
