The <br />IN following deficiencies render the buildings substandard pursuant to <br />Sec. 1001 of the Uniform Housing Code: <br />1. Doors and windows are broken. <br />2. Plumbing fixtures have been removed. <br />3. There are no heating facilities. <br />4. There is general dilapidation and improper maintenance of the <br />building. <br />5. Garbage is scattered about the premises. <br />6. The building is accessible by the public. <br />7. There is structural work being done on the building which <br />requires building permits. <br />8. There is a lack of weather protection for the building. <br />9. The building has become a habitat for transients. <br />10. The electrical wiring and service is more than 60 years old and <br />is considered substandard, inadequate and hazardous. <br />11.
