Criterion No. 6: The need for the requested variance is not the result of a self-created <br />hardship. <br />a. Findinas: The applicaaPs property is a Ieeal non conforming lot. Compliance <br />witl� the minimum building setbacks would result in a building envelope that is 30 <br />feet wide and 10 feet deep. In order to provide a more suitable building envelope <br />to accommodate the proposed residence a variance is being requested. <br />b. Conclusions: The need for the requested variance is not the result of a self <br />created hardship. <br />NC�W, THEREFORE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett does hereby order that <br />the requested variance be GRANTED with the condition that the existing sewer for 2130 Pine <br />be relocated if necessary and a sewer easement be provided prior to issuance of building <br />permits. <br />The action of the Board of Adjustment in GRANTING a variance shall be final and conclusive, <br />unless within thirty (30) da}•s from the date of issuance and signing of this order by the <br />Chairman of the Bcard, an aggrieved person or persons obtains a writ of certiorari from the <br />Superior Court of Washington for Snohomish County for the purpose of review of the action <br />taken. <br />DATED this Znd day of October, 1995./ /) <br />� � <br />i . <br />� , oar of Ad ustment <br />Notes to Applicant: <br />If a building permit is net obtained within one year from the above date. the Board <br />of Adjustment's decision shall cease to be effecuve, Prior to the expiraeion date, a <br />written request for a six-month extension may be submitted to the Planning <br />Director. <br />2. A copy of this order must be submitted by the Applicant when applying for <br />building pertnits. <br />
