FINDINCsS AND DECISION <br />OF THE HEARING EXAMINER OF THE <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE APPEAL OF <br />K,4THY SEDY OF A DENIAL OF A <br />NON-CONFORMING USE DUPLEX APPEAL #00-002 <br />DECISION: The City Planning Director's denial of a Non- <br />conforming Use Certification for a duplex <br />located at 3605 - 22nd Street SE, Everett, <br />Washington, is hereby overturned. The duplex <br />is hereby certified as a non-conforming use. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />On June 12, 1998, the City of Everett's Planning Director denied a Non- <br />conforming Use Certification for a duplex at 3605 - 22nd Street SE, Everett, <br />Washingtan. The denial was re-issued on February 3, 2000. On February 15, <br />2000, an appeal of the denials was filed by the Kathy Sedy, 11511 Marino <br />Aven�e, Everett, Washington (Appellant). <br />A hearing on the appeal was held before the Hearing Examiner of the City of <br />Everett on August 3, 2000.
