The existing 35-bed detent�on facility would be demolished in phases <br /> while the new facility is constructed. A future expansion would involve constructing new office <br /> space on the east wiug ana conversion of planned clerk's space into a fourth courtroom. A <br /> Speciai Property Use (SPU) permit is required for this proposal.
