An erosion control plan must be submitted for approval by the Public Works <br />' Department. • <br /> d. All excavated soils that will be removed from the site and disposed of at a remete <br /> location shall be tested for arsenic contamination prior to disposal. Testing <br /> procedures will be agreed upon by both [he proponent's azsenic soils consultant, <br /> Landau Associa[es, Inc., and the Department of Ecology. If any such so91s exceed <br /> cleanup levels established by the Department of Ecology, disposal must occur under <br /> the direction of that department and the Snohomish County Health District. <br /> e.
