The Everett Police Department reviewed the site plan and requested that [he "sally-port" <br /> entry be me iified from a drive-in/back-up configuration to a drive-though configuration <br /> with pedestrian drop-off. Please contact Captain hm Couture of the Police Department at <br /> 259-0485. <br /> 2. Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction Standards shall be <br /> submitted to the�Public Works Depaitment showing site pazking layout, landscaping, <br /> utilities, storm drainage, tem�:�iary construction eroston sontrol, and all required <br /> improvements in ihe public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these <br /> drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be <br /> completed, approved, and warranted before Occupancy permits aze issued. <br /> 3. The Applicant shall provide curb ramps at the intersection of 9th Street and Pine Street, <br /> and at lOth Street and Pine Street. <br /> 4. Special chazges for connection to the sewer and water systems ir.accordance with <br /> Ordinance 1171-85 and subsequen!revisions aze applicable. Tnese charges aze based on <br /> projected water usage and can be substantial. The Applicant is encouraged to obtain a <br /> copy of the ordinance and detertnine estimated chazges nrior to building permit <br /> application. The actual chazges shall he compu[ed by the Public Works Departrnent per <br /> the ordinance in effect at the time of building permit issuance. <br /> -- 5. On-site detention of stormwater runoff is required per City of Everett Standards. <br /> 6. The driveway entrance to the site shall be curb-cut driveway ramps, rather than <br /> intersection-type ramps shown on the site plan. <br /> 7. Once completed, this project may be subject to the City oI Everett Coriunute Trip <br /> Reduction Ordinance (CTR), v�hich affects employers who have 100 or more full-time <br /> employees who report to work between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. at a single worksite. The <br /> employer at this facility should contact Graham Anderson of the City's Transportation <br /> Services Department at (206) 259-9836•prior to occupsncy so that the employer's status <br /> with respect to the CTR can be determined. <br /> 8. City streets are to be kept cleaz of dirt and debris at all times during the ccnstruction. <br /> Dust suppression and sueet cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works <br /> Inspector. <br /> — 9. Pertnits must be obtained for all fill removed from the site and placed within the Ciry <br /> I.imits. <br /> -- 10.
