' 11. A looped water main will be required to meet tire flow requirements. The size and location of the water main shall be determined based on the number of gallons per minute specified by the Fire Department with regard to the type and size of building construction. 12. All garbage dumpsters and recycle bins must be screened from view from the street and from adjacent properties. This screening may be done using dense vegetation or by placing the dutnpster or recycle bin in a structural enclosure. c. Any rockeries or retaining walls proposed in required setback azeas must be in conformanca with Section 39.150 of the Zoning Code. 15. Roofrop mechanical equipment, including vents, must be screened per Section 39.040 of the Zoning Code. 16. Landscaping rnust be provided per Section 35 of the Zoning Code. At a minimum this must include the following: a. A landscape strip a minimum of 10 feet wide must be provided along the 1 Uth Street ano Pine Street frontages, except for the driveways.
