32. The Washington State Clean Air Act requires the use of all known, available, and <br /> reasonable means of contralling air pollution, including dust. Dust generated during <br /> construction activities can be controlled by wetting those dust sources such as <br /> areas of exposed soils, washing truck wheels before they leave the site, and <br /> installing and maintaining gravel construction entrances. Construction vehicle <br /> track-out is also a major dust source. My evidence of track-out can trigger <br /> violations and fines from the Department of Ecology or the Puget Sound Air <br /> Pollution Control Agency. <br /> 33.
