Does any Commissioner know of any real or <br /> potential conflict or concern which should cause that member to avoid participation in <br /> this hearing? (No one responded.) <br /> Does any member of the public have any objection to any Commissioner's participation <br /> in this matter before us? If so, now is the time to come forward and state your objection. <br /> (No one responded.) <br /> The Commission will consider whether to recommend approval of the proposed overlay <br /> zone, guidelines and standards. <br /> The purpose of this hearing is: <br /> • To provide factual information about the proposal to the general public and to the <br /> Historical Commission; <br /> • To provide a fair, open and orderly forum for public comment and questions; and <br /> • To identify issues to be considered as part of the decision. <br /> The public hearing is now open.
