Indoor recreation areas can count for up to 25%of the required area. <br /> Detached single family uses must provide at least 300 sf of private yard space adjacent to <br /> each unit. The required open spaces can include front setbacks, landscaped courtyards or <br /> decks, front porches, gardens with pathways, children's play areas, or other multi- <br /> purpose recreational and/or green spaces. <br /> 13. The area includes two properties listed on the Everett Register of Historic Places, <br /> the Widgren House at 2510 Virginia Avenue and the Lettelier House at 2510 Baker <br /> Avenue. <br /> b. Generally describe any landmarks or evidence of historic,archaeological, <br /> scientific, or cultural importance known to be on or next to the site. <br /> The Riverside Neighborhood is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city. There is a <br /> high concentration of structures in the proposed historic overlay zone which were built in <br /> or before 1930 and which are historically significant or contribute to the historic <br /> character of the neighborhood. A map of these contributing structures is attached.
