5 <br /> 9. TOURNAMENT ADMINISTRATION <br /> A. NSA shall provide a Tournament Director and Director of or Chief Umpire, as <br /> well as an assistant director and assistant chief at each Tournament site. Such people <br /> shall have the requisite training, skill and experience necessary to manage the <br /> Tournament and sites. <br /> B. The Tourism Bureau and City may provide local tourism and promotion materials <br /> to NSA to include in the Tournament coaches packets and/or website links. NSA shall <br /> include any such tourism and promotion materials in coaches' packets and/or website <br /> links. <br /> 10. NOTICE <br /> A. The parties shall work cooperatively to achieve a successful Tournament. <br /> B. Each party shall appoint a principal contact that shall assist the parties in <br /> performance of this Agreement. RULES AND REGULATIONS <br /> A. Tournament Directors are responsible for informing all teams, coaches, officials <br /> and participants of city of Everett policies, procedures, rules and Park regulations. The <br /> NSA shall enforce the following regulations: <br /> 1. Alcohol and drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere <br /> 2. Vehicles may only be parked in appropriate slots and areas <br /> 3. All litter must be placed in a garbage container <br /> 4. All pets must be leashed at all times in the Park and are not allowed in the <br /> Kasch Park 1-4 and the Phil Johnson Ballfields complexes <br /> 5. Overnight camping or overnight parking is not permitted in any Park <br /> 6. Metal cleats prohibited on all fields <br /> 7. No fence batting <br /> 8. Respect field maintenance personnel <br /> 9. No infield practice when crews are working on the fields <br /> 10. Bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, and scooters are not allowed in the Kasch <br /> Park 1-4 and the Phil Johnson Ballfields complexes <br /> 11. Shelled nuts(Sunflower seed etc) and gum are not allowed in the dugouts or <br /> on the fields at the Phil Johnson Ballfields <br /> - 6 - -1 <br />
