Construction support services were not funded in the original Professional Services Agreement. Additional Engineering Services include preparation of exhibits for three easements, on-site inspection of pile driving and grouting activities,preparation of project record drawings, project mangement, and consultation. The present Professional Services Agreement amount for design is $65,000 and is supplemented by this amendment to add $34,020 for a total design/construction support services contract of $99,020. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement with GeoEngineers, Inc., for Additional Engineering Services for the Larimer Road at Wood Creek Project in the amount of$34,020. 41
