Three dike breaches were completed in October 2007. At <br /> that time, the first year of monitoring began for the City's mitigation site. This amendment covers the second <br /> year monitoring services through 2009 as agreed to during the permitting for the restoration project. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Jones and <br /> Stokes for the Smith Island/Union Slough Restoration Site Monitoring Services in the amount of$93,242. <br /> 45 <br />
