FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATION <br /> OF THE HEARING EXAMINER PRO TEM OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT <br /> IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION <br /> OF HARDESON ROAD LLC <br /> FOR APPROVAL OF A REZONE REZONE #08-001 <br /> ORDER OF CLARIFICATION <br /> Hardeson Road LLC requested approval of a rezone of 1.3 acres from M-M (Manufacturing) to <br /> C-2 (Heavy Commercial/Light Industrial) in conjunction with a binding site plan to divide 16.33 <br /> acres into three lots. The subject property is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of <br /> Hardeson Road and 75th Street SW in Everett, Washington. The City of Everett Hearing <br /> Examiner Pro Tern (Examiner) conducted an open record hearing on the request on October 16, <br /> 2008. Upon conclusion of deliberations, the Examiner issued findings and conclusions with a <br /> recommendation to City Council to approve the request (findings), dated October 30, 2008. <br /> On November 17, 2008, a request to clarify one of the recommended conditions of approval was <br /> submitted to the Examiner. In condition of approval #2 of the findings, the word "building" was <br /> inadvertently substituted for the word "binding." This scrivener error is corrected by this order. <br /> It is ORDERED that condition #2 from page 4 of the findings is amended to read as follows: <br /> 2.
