This fund was established to enable the design and construction of a grade-separated vehicle and pedestrian crossing of the BNSF railroad tracks between West Marine View Drive and Terminal Avenue. The funding sources are as follows: Federal Grant $3,489,709.00 TIB—State Grant 3,350,741.00 WSDOT—FMSIB Grant 317,000.00 BNSF Railway 900,000.00 Port of Everett 404,671.00 Fund 157—Traffic Mitigation 4,563.00 Total $8,466,684.00 RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Adopt an Ordinance closing the special improvement project entitled"California Street Overcrossing,"Fund 303, Program 047, as established by Ordinance No. 2507-01. 7 9
