ORDINANCE NO. rte" <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br /> California Street Overcrossing," Fund 303, Program 047, as <br /> established by Ordinance No. 2507-01. <br /> WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled California Street Overcrossing," Fund <br /> 303, Program 047,was established to provide identified improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled California Street Overcrossing," Fund 303, <br /> Program 047, as established by Ordinance No. 2507-01, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the California Street Overcrossing," Fund 303, Program <br /> 047, are as follows: <br /> A.
