This agreement <br /> provides system upgrades and help desk support for the City's financial software. The City has renewed this <br /> agreement on an annual basis since 1993. Cayenta Canada Inc. is the software developer and the only source <br /> for maintenance and support. <br /> The 2009 renewal cost of$82,075.12 is budgeted in the Computer Maintenance Fund. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt Resolution waiving public bidding requirements and approve sole source purchase of Support and <br /> Maintenance for Cayenta Financials Software from Cayenta Canada Inc. in the amount of$82,075.12 <br /> including sales tax. <br />
