1. <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> SCORE OF WORK <br /> 1. Work to Be Performed <br /> Mayes Testing Engineers,Inc. will provide testing services in accordance with TranTech's <br /> "Broadway Overcrossing BNSF Evaluation—Material Testing Scope of Work"and conversations <br /> with Kash Nikzad of TranTech. <br /> BNSF will allow access by UBIT(provided by the City of Everett)below the bridge to access <br /> structural members on a train limited basis. Based on conversations with BNSF sufficient access <br /> time(estimate 8 hours)between trains will require 3 days on site. We will patch sidewalks where <br /> concrete cores are removed. <br /> 2. Reports <br /> Technical Report will be provided upon completion of the work. <br /> 3.
