d 4`7 <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> AND <br /> TRANTECH ENGINEERING, LLC. <br /> The City and TranTech Engineering, LLC, agree to amend and modify their professional <br /> services agreement dated 14 May, 2008 (the "Agreement") as follows: <br /> 1. Section 3, Time of beginning and Completion of Performance, is modified to read as <br /> follows: <br /> This agreement shall commence as of the date of execution of this Agreement and <br /> shall be completed by December 31, 2009. <br /> 2. Section 4, Compensation, is modified to read as follows: <br /> D. Total compensation, including all services and expenses, shall not exceed a <br /> maximum of Two Hundred Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Three Dollars <br /> ($209,873.00) <br /> 3.
