Return Receipt Requested eV e rett <br />were <br />RE: 10217 10225 and lot south of 10225 7th Avenue S.E� EVE MATS • HINGTO5 <br />, EVERETT WASMINGTON <br />98201 <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Burrows and Mr. and -Mrs. Rasmusen <br />I have received the inspection reports from the Army Corps <br />of Engineers and the Everett Building official, Public Works <br />Inspector and Fire Marshall. The results of these <br />inspections show that the following violations exist on the <br />subject properties: <br />1. Lack of building permit for the southerly 40 feet of <br />the accessory building located at 10217 7th Avenue S.E. <br />AND <br />Lack of building permit for the accessory building <br />(241by 601) located at 10225 7th Avenue S.E. <br />2. Lack of permit for the grading/filling of land. <br />3. Expansion of a nonconforming use, (auto repair). <br />4. Development of an environmentally sensitive wetland. <br />The codes violated by these activities are: <br />1. Section 301(a), Uniform Building Code. <br />2. Appendix Chapter 70, Uniform Building Code. <br />3. Sections 38.050(D) and 38.090 Everett Zoning Code. <br />4. Section 37.160 Everett Zoning Code. <br />The required corrections are: <br />1. obtain building permits for the buildings or portions <br />of buildings which have been constructed without them. <br />NOTE: In order to use these buildings/portions for auto <br />repair, you must also apply for the expansion of a non- <br />conforming use through the planning department. See #3. <br />
