n <br />r <br />SAINT MARY MAGDALEN PARISH <br />VARIANCE <br />NOTICE OF RIGHT TO APPEAL <br />Pursuant to Ordinance #692-80, written appeal alleging specific error of fact or <br />other grounds for appeal may be filed with the Everett City Council within ten (10) <br />calendar days of the date of the Hearing Examiner's final action. <br />In this matter, any appeal must be received by 5:00 p.m., July l3, 1981. <br />NOTICE FOR RECONSIDERATION <br />All motions for reconsideration of specific items or omissions may be made in <br />writing to the Hearing Examiner within ten (10) calendar days from the date of <br />these decisions.
