n <br />r <br />�M <br />10. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br />11. During construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within the City of <br />Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise ap?roved by the Public Works <br />Department. <br />12. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet, but not closer than 50 feet of <br />every structure. <br />13. A detailed landscaping plan for the area surrounding the new structure shall be <br />submitted by the Applicant and must be approved by the Planning Department. <br />14. A preconstruction conference shall be held involving the Applicant, contractor, <br />Fire Marshal, and coordinators from the Building, Planning and Public Works <br />Departments.
