49. Final plans submitted for building permits shall be substantially consistent with the SEPA approved <br />plan dated January 14, 2005 on file with the Planning Department. <br />50. A 90 percent bond for the five year monitoring and maintenance of the mitigation improvements for <br />the wetland and buffer areas shall be provided to the City prior to issuance of building permits. <br />51. All construction activity is limited to the subject site; the appiicant is encouraged to locate the <br />property lines to insure that development does not spill over onto adjacent private property. Fencing <br />may be necessary ?o designate the boundaries of the site. <br />52. Compliance with the City of Everett Noise Ordinance is required. <br />53. Fencing around the perimeter of the propeRy is required. Fencing material should be chosen which <br />is compatible with a single family neighborhood.
