It will be assumed, unless otherwise notified, <br />that the District as normal prime contractor can at its discretion determine <br />if it is economically feasible to bore under existing hard -surfaced roads. <br />We hereby agree to save the City of Everett harmless from any and <br />all damages which may accrue against said City by reasor. of performance of <br />any work of any kind or character under the authority of this permit at the <br />place mentioned herein, or by reason of any condition in which the premises <br />are lift, or may become, after doing the work and things authorized by reason <br />of this permit.. <br />Copies of our underground work order No. 894811 are enclosed for <br />your information. <br />Sincerely, <br />R.
