TO Bob Landles, Planning Department <br />FFISeM Public Works Department �. <br />DATE August 5, 1981 <br />SUBJECT <br />S.E.P.A. Checklist Review #81-45 <br />PROPOSAL: <br />CITY OF EVERETT, EVERETT WASHINGTON <br />Construction of a warehouse and related grading, paving, and utility work. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department that issuance of a <br />Negative Declaration be subject to the following: <br />1. Detailed drawings shall be submitted to the Public Works Department <br />showing parking R yout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, ternporary <br />construction erosion control, and all required improvements in the public <br />right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is <br />required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be <br />completed, approved, and bonded before the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br />2. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times <br />during construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur <br />as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br />3. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required. <br />Water asbuilts must be in the form of the original stamped mylar and <br />shall be submitted with easements as required within 30 days of connection. <br />A 15' foot easement will be provided for the 6" water line or a detector <br />check valve assembly will be required. <br />Storm and sanitary sewer systems can be submitted as prints and must <br />be submitted before the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br />4. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion <br />of road construction. If building activity commences within 30 days of <br />the completion of road construction, reseeding will not be required. If <br />reseeding is not practical due to weather or seasonal problems, the ground <br />must be covered with mulch as directed by the City Engineer. <br />5. During construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within the City <br />of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved by the <br />Public Works Department. <br />6. Participation in the cost to fund the South End Interceptor is required. <br />The approximate cost based on the preliminary information provided is <br />$0.0213/sq. ft, as of 8-4-81. The actual cost shall be computed by the <br />Building Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and according <br />to the information provided on the approved plans on the date of permit <br />issuance. <br />7. Water - Domestic water is available and adequate. A fire hydrant is required <br />within 200 feet but less than 50 feet of the buildings. Hydrants require <br />a 6" service line. <br />
