To construct an adequate system controlling the storm water, in accordance <br />with Ordinance 514-78, <br />or <br />b. Install a simple transmission system, calculate the cost savings over <br />the on -site system and pay the City the difference. This cash payment is <br />accrued in a regional detention pond fund and will be used for construction <br />of said facility. <br />In this case, the City wishes you to tape the second option. <br />Provide drainage calculations in accordance with Drainage Ordance 514-78. <br />Present property descriptions do not describe this as a legal subdivision. <br />Provide a recorded and approved property description for these parcels, <br />10. The parking, service and roadway areas shall he paved with asphalt. Appropriate <br />drainage control will be provided for the surfaced areas, including the <br />approach to 7th Avenue, <br />The roadway to the proposed site will be defined as a two-way road and <br />isolated from adjacent parking. <br />11. The owner will provide the City with a Local Improvement District Covenant <br />for future roadway improvements to 7th Avenue. <br />12. Driveway access to 7th Avenue will be subject to requirements and approval <br />of the Traffic Engineer. <br />13. The apparent disposal of paint and industrial type wastes on site indicated <br />a need for proper disposal facilities. Designate the items being disposed <br />of and the method of disposal for these wastes, in accordance with applicable <br />codes and regulations. <br />RAGais <br />
